Server Error in '/lodestar' Application unable to load Web Client
Unable to launch the web client.
Launch the Web Client on Server and get the error

LSDB5107: Unable to select USER record(s):
The type initializer for 'Oracle.DataAccess.Client.OracleConnection' threw an exception.
The provider is not compatible with the version of Oracle client
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to 1.6.1.20
2. Configure web server
3. Launch web page
