Symptoms
On all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) and Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C or 3C) up to and including 12.0.2.0, the locApp binary (from the Location Capabilities Pack (LCP module)) crashes with a Segmentation Fault. This issue does not affect any specific query/look up, any certain traffic type, or any specific configuration.
This issue is significantly exacerbated if debug is enabled in locApp.
