Cannot Attach An Asset To A Service Point (Doc ID 2561005.1)

In C2M 2.7, customer is unable to install an Asset into a Service Point that already has a water meter installed.  The following error is shown when trying to install the second item into the SP:

Another asset was installed at Location.  Only one asset can be installed at this location at any one point.
