Symptoms

On : 3.3 version, Installation

After installing OHTR 3.3, a blank page shown when login to Cohort Explorer.

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-00942 (Please see below), Caused By: oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29114 ADFContext is not setup to process messages for this exception. Use the exception stack trace and error code to investigate the root cause of this exception. Root cause error code is JBO-29000. Error message parameters are {0=java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException, 1=ORA-00942: table or view does not exist }
  at oracle.hsgbu.haf.core.adfextn.session.HafSessionUtil.addUser(HafSessionUtil.java:373)

Caused By: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install OHTR 3.3
2. Login to Cohort Explorer
3. Blank Screen page is shown.
