PRM Not Routing To OCSG AT Over Load Balancer (Doc ID 2561133.1)

Symptoms

There are 2 concurrent OCSG domains running and need to swing over from one OCSG domain to another to achieve zero downtime. Load balancer is configured in front of the AT servers, and used the Load Balancer address as AT point when installing portal, but it does not work. Changing it back to AT address worked well.

This Load Balancer is running on HTTPS and SSL certificate is installed at PRM end.
When configuring it as load balancer address, while trying to login PRM Partner Manager Portal, get following error in log:
