'File Not Found' Error when Viewing Batch Validation Output/Log files in Oracle Clinical application. (Doc ID 2561214.1)

Symptoms

After submitting Batch Validation job in OC , the PSUB job ends with SUCCESS status.

The issue is when pressing 'View Output' or 'View Log' buttons then a new IE window pops-up showing “File Not Found” error.
