ALM 8.0.6 - "Invalid request / Error while processing request" When Create Time Buckets After Some Some Applications Were Upgraded To 8.0.7

In OFS ALM 8.0.6 after upgrading certain applications to 8.0.7 (including Platform(OFSAAI)), the following error pop-up while create new time buckets.
Time bucket creation > Add button enabled with below error:
“Invalid request / Error while processing request” “Please contact your System Administrator for more information.”
Some applications were upgraded from 8.0.6 to 8.0.7 but ALM remained on 8.0.6, including platform(OFSAAI)
