Testing IVR Scenarios Fails with slpit When Run as an Application (Doc ID 2562255.1)

Symptoms

On all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) and Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C or 3C), testing Interactive Voice Response scenarios with the slpit test tool fails with the following error in the slee_acs log:

Jul 3 14:23:35.606969 slee_acs(6130) ERROR: handleINAPComponent: No context, No IDP
Jul 3 14:23:35.607123 slee_acs(6130) ERROR: acsChassisMain: Unhandled INAP Component (type 14, opErrId 16, call 76591)

Where component type 16 is an assistRequestInstructions (ARI).  More information on ARIs and the associated call flow(s) can be found in Note 1310239.1.

Due to this error, an abort is returned to slpit ad the test case fails.
