Symptoms

When attempting to change predecessor or successor relationship,
the following error occurs.

Event Code: VTFIO-1137-1
Message:
  TCVirtualTable.FieldIndexOf: Could not find field task_code
  in vtable TASKPRED

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change predecessor or successor relationship.
