Goal

Why doesn't the Print version of the ICSR Difference Report show the same information as displayed in the actual ICSR Difference Report?

The actual ICSR Difference Report contains all the rows for the case.

These rows are displayed with either White, Grey, Yellow or Red backgrounds.
White indicates there is no difference.
Grey, Yellow or Red indicates there is some kind of difference.

Red: Deletion - Data in present Case but blank in Follow-Up
Grey: Addition - New in the Follow-Up report but blank in Case
Yellow: Modification - Difference between whats in Database and in Follow-Up

After clicking on the Print button, a PDF report is produced.
In this report, only the rows with colored backgrounds are in the PDF report.
The rows with the White background are not in the PDF report.
