Symptoms
In a 3-way scenario, ECAS(Evolved Communications Application Server) is not copying the user=phone uri parameter coming in the Refer-To header in a REFER message when building the new INVITE.
SCENARIO
1) A calls B
2) A puts B on hold
3) A calls C
4) A puts C on hold
5) A calls the conf-URI 1) A calls B
2) A puts B on hold
3) A calls C
4) A puts C on hold
6) A merge B and C into the conference
6.1) A sends a REFER to ECAS including a Refer-To header with B details (in this case this is a sip-uri with an uri-param user=phone)
6.2) ECAS strips all the parameters from the Refer-To header when building the new INVITE for connecting B
