On : 6.2.2.0 version, Installation, Migration, and Upgrade Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

PUSH TO TARGET FEATURE NOT POPULATING STATEMENT COLUMN WITH VALUE

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a Nutrient Profile NP_1
2.Create a Material spec Mat_1 with breakdown
3.Create a LIO against Mat_1
4.Switch to LIO Construction to generate LIO tree
5.Switch to Final statement
6.Enter string "ABC" into Override field
7.Click "Push To Target" to push override to NP_1
8.Execute select * from ingstatementfreetext where statementrich like
'%ABC%' on sql developer. It did not show anything for Statement column.
It only show for richtext
9.Edit & Save NP_1
10.Execute select * from ingstatementfreetext where statementrich like
'%ABC%' on sql developer. It populated Statement column with "ABC"
