Screen Timeout Issue while Creating a PriceList

Symptoms
On RMB v2.5.0.3.0, Screen timeout issue while creating a PriceList in affected environment.
Issue Description:
Navigation: Menu > Price management > Pricelist > Enter Description as “MX 50, RW 30, US 30 plus Tier” & Search > Click on the Pricelist Description highlighted in Blue > Scroll below and Click on the Priceitem “ COMM_BAS for the Rate schedule – WUPTSPFC”
For this specific Priceitem – the screen does not open up to 7 mins and then the error occurs as mentioned in the screen shot.
We tried for another Priceitem under the same Pricelist – it took longer close to 4 mins and then the screen opened.
When we tried other Priceitem for another Pricelist, it opened in 30 -45 seconds.
With these filings, the conclusion comes out as an issue with this Pricelist “MX 50, RW 30, US 30 plus Tier” and Priceitem with Multiple Tiers.
We need to add more tiers to this specific Priceitem - upto 36 tiers. Currently only could set up 11 tiers.
Since we are stuck here and cannot proceed on this Priceitem, we need a solution asap. It shows a big performance impact and also a failure randomly. Also it should work when an additional Priceitem for US, DO, USD – USD upto 36 tiers is to be added to the same Pricelist.
