Blank Page Appears In PDRs (Doc ID 2563464.1)

A blank page can be seen in the generated Patient Data Reports (PDRs).

For example there are 4 pages in the HTML form version but 5 pages (where one is blank) can be observed in generated PDRs.

Issue is occurring in multiple studies for all patients.

Recently applied OC patch 5.2.0.60.
