ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The cost value in the Risks table fields is displayed in incorrect currency symbol which does not abide by the default currency setting in My Preferences
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The monetary amount fields show in correct currency symbol which abides by the default currency setting in My Preferences
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set the default currency to Japanese Yen "¥" in My Preferences on Web.
2. Add a risk to the project.
3. On Projects -> EPS -> Open the project -> Risks tab (at the bottom panel) -> check the added risk -> The currency symbol shows Japanese Yen "¥" in the Cost field.
4. Go to Projects -> Risks tab -> check the added risk -> The currency symbol shows US dollar "$" in the Cost field.
