On OUA v2.7.0.0.9, Outage Analytics

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In NMS an event has got multiple damage assessments on different devices. but Damage Assessment Profile report is showing the Event impacted device for all the damage assessments linked to that event instead of showing the devices linked to the damage assessments.

In NMS
Event No. #### is linked to the device #####


This event has 3 damage assessments on different devices
Damage Assessment id <id_1> is created on <device 1>
Damage Assessment id <id_2> is created on <device 2>
Damage Assessment id <id_3> is created on <device 3>

In OUA
In Damage Assessment Profile Report All the above damage Assessments are linked to a single device <device 3> (Event Device instead of showing the device linked with the damage assessments)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

We are expecting the report to display 3 different devices for each damage assessment report id.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Damage Assessment Profile and see the data

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
System does not display the correct data.
