Site Is Unresponsive Or Really Slow (Doc ID 2563502.1)

Symptoms

Issue reported while using OFSLL 14.6.0.0.0 deployed in cloud environment. Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Site is unresponsive or really slow

User is testing the application deployed in cloud environment - https://nysefc-test-ofsll-fsl.oracleindustry.com/ofsll/faces/Home (OFSLL Front-end).

The site is unresponsive or very slow most of the times. Especially, when user click "Save & Stay" or "Save & Return", no response. User have to sign out, close the browser window and launch the browser again to check if the data has been saved.

While login and page loads are slow. Save and Return is unresponsive after application [Save and Return] .Application Entry form took 30-40 seconds to load. Logged out and logged back in Application Entry Form loaded in about 5 seconds.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should behave as per user manual documentation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Origination, User created a New Application . Save and Return button was working fine as expected.
2. User added a New Applicant (tab under Application) or New Business or any of the child objects . System does not respond
 

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process the loan application
