Display name issue after cartridge deployment which can not be reverted.

In UIM 7.3.5 Custom Cartridge with TelephoneNumber Specification - say "MSISDN"is being deployed but The corresponding TN Specification name in TN Search Specification Dropdown is being shown as "ID" instead of the "MSISDN".
