The Project_Id Is Not Available in the Data View for RFB Type Business Processes (Doc ID 2563593.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The project_id is not available in the Data View for a Request For Bid (RFP) type Business Process (BP) in Unifier 18.x versions, although it was available in 17.x versions.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The project_id should be available in the Data View for RFB type BPs.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. In Unifier Admin mode navigate to Company Workspace > Data Structure Setup > Data Views.
  2. Create a new Data View using an SQL query - example: select record_no, project_id, uuu_bidders_count, uuu_bid_count, uuu_bidder_id from <Unifier Bidder table>;
  3. Open the Data View.
  4. Note there is no project_id for a couple of rows where the bidder has not submitted the form.
