Letter Generation Issue

Symptoms
Word document displayed on click of New letter button in activities tab errors.
Error:
Note: Since your browser does not support JavaScript, you must press the Resume button once to proceed.
Steps:
1. Open a case and navigate to activities tab
2. Click New Letter button
3. Select a letter template in dialogue box
4. System pops up a StartSSO.doc with the error rather than showing the generated letter
5. System then gives prompt to Save modified letter with options Yes/No/Cancel
6. On click of Yes, system closes StartSSO.doc and attaches the system generated letter in activities tab
