Price Injector Batch Does Not Pick Up Staged Clearances or Simple Promotions (Doc ID 2564270.1)

Symptoms

The Price Event Injector Batch does not process Clearances or Simple Promotions. No error messages on the records. It appears that this batch does not see the staged data based on the output from the price injector module.

What Is Working

The batch processes Price Changes successfully.

Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load the data into RPM_STAGE_CLEARANCE and RPM_STAGE_SIMPLE_PROMO
2. Do a Commit.
3. Run injectorPriceEventBatch.sh script.
4. Notice that none of the staged records are processed.
