Account Enrollment Error - (Doc ID 2564643.1)

When trying to enroll an OUCSS User to a CCB account, providing the account number, and verification fields, it shows a message that it was Unable to add Account for the user.  The WebCenter managed server log files show:


CCB logs shows that the Account Verification Service Service Task completed successfully, and the soap response showed that the PER_ID was retrieved and the user was verified.


Account Enrollment was working between OUCSS and CCB when integrated through direct web-services to a demo CCB environment.  Customer then imported their test data set into CCB, overwriting much of the configuration.
