Goal

Huge volume of xml files found in "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\IE" which was occupying more than 70GB disk space. It was identified in Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety v8.1.2 Web/Transaction/Interchange servers

Are these files created by the Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety application ?
Can these files be removed?
Will there be any impact anywhere if the files are removed?
