OCSG Deployment Update Not Working Without Managed Server Restart (Doc ID 2565166.1)

Symptoms

After installing OCSG 7.0 in Single tier mode and application is working fine. But when the User updates the deployment for NT ear from the admin console, Application does not work unless a restart.

User has tried with a different version of the ear as well where the older version is getting retired and the new one is active. Still, the application does not work unless doing restart.
