When SOH Is Negative the WAC Is Not Equal with New PO Cost (Doc ID 2565235.1)

Goal

When an item or a location have stock on hand (SOH) negative, Receiver Cost Adjustment(RCA) is done on a Purchase Order(PO) on that item/location. The weighted average(WAC) cost remains unchanged.
If in Stock Ledger Technical Brief of RMS (Retail Merchandising System) product version 14.1 it is mentioned at chapter 'Receiver cost adjustment with negative on hand' that WAC is set equal the New PO cost.
