Symptoms
On : 5.2.0.0.0 version, Framework Administrator IBFA
ESI issue- Unable to successfully prepare the program for publishing
Create srp fails with the following error -
java.lang.Exception: Error: Unable to successfully prepare the program for publishing. [usp_Q_RM_PREPARE_PROGRAM_TABLES] failed :Cannot Execute SQL Command: Transaction (Process ID 78) was deadlocked on lock | communication buffer resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.
