TaxMbean Modification Lost After RollingUpgrade Server (Doc ID 2565813.1)

Symptoms

If TaxMBean is modified and then RollingUpgrade is done the modified TaxMbean changes are lost. In more detail, whenever user is trying to update existing taxcode values through MBeans, values are getting updated in charging-setting.xml, however if the user then runs 'rollingUpgrade server' , charging-setting.xml file now has old taxcode entries while the  new values are getting disappeared.
