Case Log Text Not Wrapping On The Screen (Doc ID 2566253.1)

The Case Log text are not wrapping on the screen and is instead showing a horizontal scroll bar on the text area.
This adds an extra step to the user to scroll to the right just to be able to view the remainder of the case log.

This screen is widely used by one of the teams from the Business and they are asking if we can wrap the text to fit the width of the screen (monitor resolution).

In CCB v2.3.1, it used to do that, but after upgrading to CCB v2.6, the appearance of the text on the Case Logs has changed.
