Unable To Transmit E2B Report (Doc ID 2566611.1)

Symptoms

Cannot send reports to EMA, it is not possible to transmit the E2B R2 report because on EDI In step the job failed.

In the file ESM_E2BTransmission_ARGDB_yyyymmdd there are a lot of reports with the same error message: Unable to encode XML string due to following reason
