ORDSKU_HTS_ASSESS Is Not Getting Inserted Properly Through Purchase Order Induction Process (Doc ID 2567200.1)

Symptoms

In Retail Merchandising System (RMS),  ORDSKU_HTS_ASSESS is not getting inserted properly through Purchase Order (PO) induction.
Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) assessments getting inserted only for the first sequence and not all sequences , it should insert for all the sequences i.e all the sequences from the ORDSKU_HTS table.

Example:  Say ORDSKU_HTS is having 10 sequences (1,2,3...10) but PO induction is getting created for the ORDSKU_HTS_ASSESS only for the sequence 1 not for all the remaining sequences.

Steps to Recreate:

  1. Make sure that Items does not have any records in ITEM_HTS and ITEM_HTS_ASSESS table.
  2. PO induction should be created using external reference no.
  3. Make sure that Order has multiple cost components and not just TEXP.  Ex (200,55,AFT6P5,BUYCOMM,E02INLDFRE,UNCST)
  4. Observe that ORDSKU_HTS_ASSESS is getting populated only for the first sequence and not for all.
