Symptoms

On Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management 2.2.0.2.0 version, when users attempt to log into the MDM application, the user is able to enter credentials and the main screen appears to try to load but an error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User navigates to MDM login page
2. User ID and Password entered
3. User appears to be authenticated, the screen appears to try to load the main ui but an error occurs.
