Primavera P6 Integration API Fails With Errors "Unable to Load Database Instances" and "Access Is Denied" When Using the API in SSL Mode (Doc ID 2567581.1)

When attempting to connect to the API using SSL, the following error occurs.


In the API client application

Unable to load database instances rmi/SSL/RemoteSession
  at com.primavera.integration.client.DistributedSession.getDatabaseInstances(

  at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(

In the API application server logs
