Goal

On Oracle Utilities Smart Grid Gateway (SGG) 

When we downloaded ADK source zip (sgg-osb-generic-adapter.zip) and looked into "FileParser" folder, we can see source code available for FileParserCSV and FileParserXML java classes but there is no source code available for FileParserSeeder java class. Please let us know where we can find the same because we are planning to modify this class.

If for any reason, we need to duplicate the whole adapter itself (i.e. both SGG-DG-SEEDER-BASE and SGG-DG-SEEDER-CM projects) and then we want to introduce something in the BASE project – is it allowed from both technical and licensing perspective?
