ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Application Overview does not resolve external client roles
The name of external clients is not being resolved in the Application Roles section of the overview.
Also clicking on the client details opens an empty client instead of opening the external client detail screen.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
External client roles should be resolved.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add external client to the application.
2. Navigate to the application overview. Note that users don't have external client details.
3. Click on go to client details. Note that and empty client record is displayed instead of the external client details.
