Symptoms

On : 12.3 version, Enterprise Edition


Customer is getting this error in the Archiver.log and stdout.txt

2019-07-15 14:45:21.631 UTC-ERROR-[Thread-9]-[Archiver.java:153]-oracle.documaker.archiver.Archiver.initConnector: Connector failed to initialize oracle.documaker.ecmconnector.connectorapi.exceptions.FrameworkInitializationException: No destination classes were specified. At least one needs to be configured.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. error in stdout,txt is shown at Documaker startup
2. error in Archiver.log is shown when running a transaction in Documaker Factory and the job remains stuck in 411 status
