Error: "Cannot Connect to Server." Logging Into Team Member on an Android Device (Doc ID 2568838.1)

Symptoms

Using an Android device to connect to the P6 Team Member mobile application results in the following error.

Error

Note: Login completes without error using the same URL through a Chrome browser on the device.


STEPS

  1. On an Android device, log into the URL https://<HOST>:<PORT>/p6tmweb through a browser.
  2. Note the login is successful.
  3. Using same URL, attempt to log into the P6 Team Member application on the same Android device.
  4. Note the error.
