Can't Modify or Add Holiday to Default Calendar In PPM Project/Activity (Doc ID 2568900.1)

Cannot modify Default Calendar in PPM project

System User can create a new calendar and modify it but all projects in the system are using the "Default Calendar" and can't be modified to add in Non-working day by exception or Working Days by exception.
