Error Invalid Destination Address On DeliverReceipts To SMSC (Doc ID 2569440.1)

Symptoms

There is a problem with DeliverSMs(DR) on all OCSG servers. When SMSC sends the DeliverSM to OCSG, it is returning 'Invalid Destination Address' back to SMSC.
This problem is happening for specific shortcode which is configured on SMPPSpecificSettings.
The following error is seen from default.log:
