runAssembler command packs all jars in “atg_bootstrap.war/WEB-INF/ATG-INF”

The general question is why runAssembler command packs all jars in “atg_bootstrap.war/WEB-INF/ATG-INF”. If we have almost all of them in atglib folder in ear. we will have a lot of duplication in the ear.

If we run runAssembler with –standalone parameter it packs whole DYNAMO_HOME into atg_bootstap.war/WEB-INF/ATG-INF.

We expect only jars with Nucleus properties under atg_bootstap.war/WEB-INF/ATG-INF

When we check CRS standalone ear file, we can see in the startup log file that the jar files are read from the atglib directory.
There are some unrequired jar files in the atg_bootstrap.war/WEB-INF/ATG-INF folder. Can you tell why the runAssembler creates these?
