Failure of Worklist Intake Files Not Logged In Server And Files Are Missing From IN, OUT and INTERMEDIATE Folders (Doc ID 2569708.1)

Intermittently files that fail with the following error are never moved to the FAILURE directory:

 at System.IO.Directory.GetFiles(String path, String searchPattern,
SearchOption searchOption)
 at System.IO.Directory.GetFiles(String path)
 at Relsys.Common.Utilities.Functions.MoveDirectory(String sourceDirName,
String destDirName, Boolean bDeleteOriginal)
 at Relsys.CaseIntake.CaseIntakeExecutor.ProcessMessage()

The files that failed are lost as they are removed from the IN folder and never successfully moved into the relevant FAILURE folder (i.e. the folder created for the source documents and the error.xml file).
