Symptoms

Actual Behavior
When viewing text file with ASCII and Unicode format, the Chinese character display unknown character in AutoVue

Expected Behavior
When viewing text file with ASCII and Unicode format, the Chinese character to display correctly

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Web Client
2. Attach a text file in specific object
3. View the text file in AutoVue
