Symptoms

Using AutoVue 21.0.2 (JNLP) within a custom integration. Running most of the application on IIS on port 80, and AutoVue's servlets on a Tomcat server running on another port (9090, 8080, or some other port configured). Getting the following connection error:

Failed to communicate with the "Rendez-Vous" servlet: NetworkError.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Deploy AutoVue files on IIS and the AutoVue servlets on Tomcat.
  2. Try to connect to the AutoVue server using AutoVue JNLP.
  3. Noticed the error.
