"No Product License Found" error during import of Followup for PMDA E2B R2 (Doc ID 2570151.1)

While importing file as followup of an accepted case, for PMDA profile, the file is getting successfully processed by Interchange service. But when user accept the followup from ICSR Pending tab in Argus, users are getting below error:

No product license found in the case against which this follow-up is to be imported
