PDC UI is Not Able to Show Large Changeset and Not Able to Set Active Changeset (Doc ID 2570255.1)

Symptoms

User tried to publish a large changeset using the PDC(Pricing Design Center) WebService. PDC created the changeset in the UI(User Interface) but it looks like the sync to BRM(Billing and Revenue Management) failed due to some user operation reasons.

Now, the changeset cannot be opened in the UI with error i.e. while selecting this failed changeset in the PDC UI, instead of showing the changeset components in the UI, the operation gives 504 error after 3-4 minutes.
