Performance Issue when Opening the Maintain Promotion Search Screen (Doc ID 2570571.1)

Symptoms

In Retail Price Management (RPM), when attempting to open the Maintain promotion search screen.This application will takes a very long time and users have to wait for the application to respond.

 Steps to recreate:

  1. Login to RPM  Application .
  2. In the Promotions > Maintain Promotion.
  3. In the search screen, enter 'Department' .
  4. Click search. 
  5. Observe that the Maintain Promotion screen takes excessive time to respond.
