SIM is Accepting Fraction Quantity For Item Having Standard UOM Of CLASS QTY (Doc ID 2570577.1)

Symptoms

Store Inventory Management(SIM) is accepting fraction quantity for item having Standard UOM of CLASS QTY. There are several functionalities where the same behavior is identified.

Scenario 1:

  1. Create an item in RMS with standard UOM DOZ. (UOM_CLASS QTY).
  2. Create a  store to store  transfer in SIM for with quantity in decimals  for item having standard UOM DOZ (UOM_CLASS QTY).

Scenario 2:

  1. Create an item in RMS with standard UOM DOZ. (UOM_CLASS QTY).
  2. Create a Return To Vendor(RTV) in SIM for the item with qty in decimals.


Scenario 3 :

  1. Create an item in RMS with Standard UOM='PC'. UOM_CLASS='QTY'
  2. Create a Direct Delivery(DSD) receipt in SIM for that item in fraction.

Scenario 4 :

  1. Create an item in RMS.
  2. Item's standard UOM ='PC'. UOM_CLASS = 'QTY'
  3. Create an Inventory Adjustment in SIM in fraction and Records captured in STORE_ITEM_STOCK.
