Unbilled Unearned Portion of Tax Is Not Getting Posted After Ledger Report Extraction (Doc ID 2570733.1)

Scenario:

The taxcode is defined for 5% tax (S4) in the taxcode_map file as below:

Here 0.596 is nothing but the unbilled earned portion of the VAT GL amount (earned portion of 0.523 is 0.329 and the earned portion of 0.267 is 0.267). So, 0.596 = 0.329 + 0.267.
So the missing part is the Unbilled Unearned portion of 0.523 i.e, 0.194 which is expected to be in the Ledger Report entries but it is not present.
