A Terminated Business Process Record Generates Late Tasks (Doc ID 2571095.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Tasks for a Terminated Business Process (BP) records are being displayed on the user's home page as overdue action items.  There is no action for the user to take, but the late notification stays on the user's home page under the Tasks or uMails node.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When a BP is terminated any corresponding tasks should also be terminated and removed from the User Home Page.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open attachment and review the tasks
2. Task of terminated BP shown on users home page, which was an overdue action item.
