Error Processing An ASNOutCre Generated By Dispatching A Customer Order

When dispatching a previously created Customer Order (by webservice) the ASNOutCre message created fails with error:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Create a new Customer Order using the StoreFulfillmentOrder webservice.
- Create and confirm a PICK for the Customer Order created in step 1.
- Create a dispatch for the picked quantities in step 2.
- Check that SIM stage table for the generated ASNOutCre message and observe the error.
