On : 11.3 version, Indexing and Search (Data Ingest, CAS, MDEX, Forge, Dgidx)

Rule Manager - Rules not showing up

In a test environment, in Experience Manager, rules are not showing up in the dialog box

IFCR log shows:

28.06.2019 00:00:01.579 *ERROR* [New I/O server worker #1-2] com.endeca.ifcr.eac.impl.WebstudioPropertiesEACLocator Error loading webstudio.properties: ENDECA_TOOLS_CONF environment variable not set.
